Welcome. The City of Kalamazoo is pleased to offer its customers an alternative way to pay water/sewer bills, which is provided through a service by Official Payments Corporation. This service is a safe and reliable way to pay your water/sewer bill online.

You may pay by using your MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Please note that there will be an additional fee charged for this service by Official Payments Corp.

To begin, you will need to have your paper water/sewer bill available.

If your water bill is due TODAY or you have received a shut off notice please call (269) 337-8149 to speak to a customer service agent. Please do NOT continue as your payment may not be processed in time and your water could be shut off.

Please read the following instructions completely before visiting the Official Payments website.

First, use this link to open the OfficialPayments.com website.

Locate the 'Make a Payment' section as seen on the left.

Click 'Local Payments' and enter your zip code in the text box provided and then press the orange button to continue.

Next, Select 'Kalamazoo (City of) - Water and Sewer Bill' option from the drop down list. Then press the continue button.

Then, enter the dollar amount you are paying, note that your paper bill will state your total amount due. Lastly, complete the form provide, be sure to include your City of Kalamazoo account number and your service address, which is also located on your water/sewer bill.
